(collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Welpr LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
2. Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice
The Services provide general educational and informational content related to health, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer products.
The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Nothing within the Services should be relied upon as medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for professional medical care.
Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider in addition to using the Services and before making decisions related to your health, medications, supplements, or medical conditions.
The information provided through the Services is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
3. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Use of the App does not create a doctor–patient, provider–patient, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and Welpr LLC.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- Interfere with security or functionality
- Use the App for fraudulent or harmful purposes
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Services may be available through paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective billing policies.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be managed via your Apple ID account settings.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be managed through your Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through the platform where the purchase occurred.
Scan Limits
Welpr Plus subscriptions are subject to a monthly scan limit that resets at the start of each billing period.
Single-image scans consume 0.5 of your monthly limit. Multi-image scans consume 1.0 of your monthly limit. The monthly limit is 250 per billing period.
Once your monthly limit is reached, scan functionality will be unavailable until the limit resets. Unused scan capacity does not roll over to the following billing period. Welpr LLC reserves the right to adjust scan limits at any time, with notice provided through the Services or via email.
7. Lifetime Access Plans
Welpr may offer a one-time purchase ("Lifetime Plan") that provides access to certain features of the Services without a recurring subscription fee.
Definition of "Lifetime"
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Services as operated by Welpr LLC — not the lifetime of any individual user. A Lifetime Plan entitles you to access the features included at the time of purchase for as long as Welpr LLC continues to operate the Services in a form that includes those features.
No Guarantee of Perpetual Availability
Welpr LLC does not guarantee that the Services will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or sunset the Services or any features at any time. In the event that the Services are permanently discontinued, Lifetime Plan access will cease without additional compensation or refund.
Scope of Access
A Lifetime Plan provides access to the features available at the time of purchase and any future features Welpr LLC, in its sole discretion, chooses to include for Lifetime Plan holders. Welpr LLC is under no obligation to include new features, tiers, or content categories in a Lifetime Plan.
No Refunds
Lifetime Plan purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Platform Management
Lifetime Plans purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to the billing and account policies of those platforms. Your purchase is associated with your platform account and is non-transferable.
8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account and associated personal information at any time through the app or by contacting us at hello@welpr.com.

9. Affiliate and Third-Party Content
The Services may include links to third-party products, retailers, or services.
When you choose to purchase a product, you may be redirected to a third-party website or platform to complete the transaction.
Welpr does not sell or fulfill products directly.
Product pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and customer service are determined by the third-party retailer or brand. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links, at no additional cost to you. Welpr is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, quality, legality, or availability of third-party products or services.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
10. Product Information and Images
The Services may display product descriptions, images, brand names, trademarks, and other information related to third-party products.
Product images, brand names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and product discovery purposes.
Welpr does not claim ownership of third-party product images or trademarks displayed within the Services.
If you are a brand or rights holder and believe that content displayed in the Services should be updated or removed, please contact us at hello@welpr.com and we will promptly review and address the request.
11. Editorial Labels and Definitions
The Services may use editorial labels and descriptive terms such as "non-toxic," "nontoxic," "safer," "cleaner," "better-for-you," "vetted," "Welpr Approved," or similar language to help organize products, categories, and educational content.
Unless we explicitly say otherwise, these labels reflect Welpr's editorial opinion, research process, and internal criteria at the time the content was published or updated. They are not statements of absolute fact, not guarantees of safety, and not promises that a product is free from every substance, risk, allergen, irritant, contaminant, or concern.
These labels are comparative and contextual. For example, terms like "safer" or "cleaner" generally mean that, in our judgment, a product may present fewer or different concerns than other products in the same category based on the information available to us.
Different people may react differently to the same product. Individual sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, age, pregnancy, existing exposures, usage patterns, and other factors can change whether a product is appropriate for a particular person, household, or setting.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of information within the Services.
We do not warrant that any product described in the Services as "non-toxic," "safer," "cleaner," or similar will be suitable for every user or use case, or that it will be free from ingredients, materials, or exposures that a particular user may wish to avoid.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welpr LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or reliance on information provided within the Services, including product recommendations, product information, or third-party links.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
